My work explores the tension between control and flow through dense compositions of layered, colorful circles. Each piece is built slowly, one element at a time, creating a visual field that feels both structured and organic.
The circle is my fundamental unit — a simple, universal form that allows endless variation. Through repetition, scale, color relationships, and precise placement, I investigate rhythm, balance, and the quiet complexity that emerges from accumulation. What may appear playful or spontaneous at first glance is the result of careful attention and sustained presence.
The process itself is central to the work. It requires focus, steady breathing, and patience, turning the act of creation into a meditative practice. In this way, the paintings become records of time, attention, and embodied awareness.
I am interested in how viewers experience these works up close and from a distance — how order dissolves into vibration, and how density can still hold space for calm. My aim is to invite prolonged looking, allowing the eye and mind to wander, rest, and reconnect with a sense of inner rhythm.
